The Carnitas tacos were amazing. Perfectly seasoned and roasted. If you are a fan of a little heat the homemade red salsa was top notch as well.

Stop going to the chain on the other side of Central and come get the real thing. You will get friendly service from someone who genuinely appreciates your business, and extremely delicious food made with pride.

I moved from San Diego, California a year ago and since we have the best Mexican food in San Diego and being Mexican myself, I've been DYING for some good Mexican food. I was so happy when we found this taco truck, their tacos remind me of home! We come as often as we can and they're quick! I hope they never move locations or at least get the opportunity to expand. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Best tacos I've had in MN. I got three Carnitas Tacos and an Elotes. It's the first time I've had good Elotes and that alone was quite filling. The tacos were quite fatty and a bit greasy but in the best way possible. The meat was super tender and basically melted in my mouth. My tacos only had onion and cilantro which is standard and I really appreciate the authenticity of it. I got the red sauce with my order and it complimented the food really well. Tacos were 2.50 each and the Elotes were 3.00. All very well priced and tasted amazing. I'd definitely come back again despite living over an hour and a half away!

The tacos were too good and I ate them too fast so I didn't take any photos. The Al pastor was my favorite from this truck. Juicy meat and they even put pineapple pieces in your tacos. The salsa was amazing. I tried the elote too :) This food truck was at La Dona when I tried their tacos, and they made my night. I ate dinner before I headed to La Dona but I still ended up getting 3 al pastor tacos!!!! Will try to go find this truck when I have time

Idk who told these guys to go around and make the most delicious tacos in town, but hot damn I'm sure glad they did! Lately they have been parking at the Columbia heights Auto zone parking lot off of central. Rain or shine, they are there making their delicious food. GO TO THEM and buy their burrito that is not only bigger, but better than Chipotle. You won't regret it

Just finished chicken, steak and pork tacos with the green sauce and being from Texas... These were the best street tacos I've had since moving to Minnesota. The green sauce.... Bottle up and sell!!!!

The truck looks a little sketchy, but I assure you the food is great. Authentic Mexican tacos are definitely on the top of my list. I am a big ethnic food here, having said that I will continue to come to this truck

Tacos were really good! It's hard to find a good taco place in the cities now. I will definitely be coming back here. Only thing is that it's only a taco car so you'll either eat in the car or take it home.

Was at Autozone for a hot second to check my battery, and saw All Taco in the parking lot. Decided to stop over to see if they did a vegetarian taco. Went with two rice and bean tacos, lettuce, tomato, cilantro, green chili sauce. Was so good, shoulda got three :)

Probably one of the most authentic places I've been to and I've gone to Mexico City for some tacos. Really is on par with tacos from south of the border.

This is a food truck that's regularly parked in the Autozone. Don't let the surroundings of people buying auto parts and motor oil fool you, this place is GREAT.

I've been to Mexico City and had some of the best tacos the town has to offer (which are exceptional). This place has tacos exactly like you'd see in Mexico City, and are delicious! They don't pull any punches to appeal to the local Blandsons, the tacos here are full flavor and about as close as you'll get to Mexico City up here at the 45th parallel. You'll regularly see people from Mexico, and other Latin American countries which of course is a good sign for any ethnic restaurant.

The spicy salsa is also what you'd expect from Mexico city. It packs a wallop, and is about the spiciest I've seen in the Twin Cities. I haven't tried the green salsa (milder), but I'm sure it's excellent.

As far as variety, they offer meats you'd normally not see elsewhere, like tongue.

Beware though. If you're a typical MN Blandson and only eat meat/potatoes, this just isn't going to be your place. Luckily Taco Bell isn't far away.

Fantastic spot! I go here 2-3 times a week. Very friendly staff, the burritos are huge and very hot if you want them to be. Served with a bonus pepper!

I was in Fridley Minnesota for 4 weeks and saw this Taco Truck everyday, so finally on my last week in the Minneapolis area I decided to try their Tacos. These were by far, the best Tacos I've ever had. I also tried their quesadillas and it was also the best. If you're ever in this area near Minneapolis, be sure to stop by and try their amazing food

Wow! This taco truck is fantastic! I would absolutely recommend the steak and pork tacos. You have to wait a little bit because they make the food right when you order it. Be prepared for some definite heat with the salsas...not for the faint of heart. I don't ever want to go back to another American "taco" place again.

Best al pastors ive had .. located right in the lot of auto zone off of central ave ne in Fridley ..
